CTA Wii Guns

These Wii guns from CTA Digital are awesome.

I only have two shooter games for the Wii, both part of the Medal of Honor series, but I'd be stoked to mess around and shoot buddies with these.

We actually have quite a few Wii peripherals in the house. I'll drop info on them later.

Thanks to Cnet's Crave for the info and image.

Winter Sports: The Ultimate Challenge - Horrible

Wow, I got this as kind of a group party game people could mess around with... well, during parties. I've it a few times alone and with friends over the weekend and I have to say it's pretty lame.

What should you expect when their publisher, Conspiracy Entertainment, has this to say about it on its Web site:

Captivating sports such as Figure skating or Skeleton demand high skills and fast reactions. Experience the fascination of Winter Sports: The Ultimate Challenge with stun-ning graphics and an exciting soundtrack.

Not all the games are horrible. The skiing events were ok and good for a laugh, but games such as curling and speed skating were downright painful to play or watch other people play. Most of the people playing with us agreed with me that the controls were pretty poor. It's a bummer, because I was really excited for curling too.

Seriously!!!

Skull Candy Double Agent Headphones

These are pretty rad.

Being a former NYC commuter for many years, I saw first hand how the iPod took over the subways. Honestly, I feel more people were into just showing they had white headphones more than anything else.

Skullcandy makes cool headphones, period. It's not brain surgery though, they just realized no one else was doing it and started doing it. Smart guys. Anyone else who does cool graphics or colors will be labeled a copycat.

They gave a preview to the fine folks @ Ubergizmo at CES.

It'll be interesting to see if these can take off like the iPod shuffle.

Thanks to Ubergizmo for the pic.

Stussy Year of the Rat T's

I love these because they're old-school Stussy.

Bev Mo 5 Cent Shipping

This is too rad. I just ordered beer online and shipping it cost less than the gas I'd spend to drive to La Jolla to pick it up.

Skateboard Inspired Furniture

First there was Skurniture.

Now, High Snobiety is dropping info on a company taking it to a whole new level.

"Skate Study House
, modern design classics remastered with skateboards. It's a collection by Pierre-André Senizergues and Gil Le Bon de Lapointe. Colette will be showcasing their work as of January 28th."

Burton Archive Series

Cool Hunting just dropped some info on this collection.

I like vintage gear, but I'm not sure about this line. Plus, I can't verify it's really legit because the collection isn't listed on Burton's site. I give them props for bringing back the old school though... re-issue some of the graphics Burton!

Adidas Originals New Releases

I don't know how Sneaker Files finds these, but they do. Crazy LE Adidas colors.

The colors are a little crazier than I'd like, but I'll hand it to Adidas, they go for it.

Lib Tech NAS - Small Snowboards You Can Ski With

I dig these. I don't hate on skiing and I think it's rad Lib is taking a bite out of the ski industry, since brands like Lib, Burton and whoever helped save it back in the day. Plus, magne-traction is awesome, from what I hear. A little hard to get used to, but awesome.

I'm just wondering if the skis were Lib's idea or something that came out of Quiksilver.

Nike 6.0 - Six Point Doh! Fake Simpson's Collaboration

Sometimes I crack myself up. High Snobiety (and a lot of others) blogged about the Indy inspired SB blazers.

Well, I was wondering what a Simpson's Movie inspired Blazer would look like. See my vision below. Sprinklicious pink swoosh and toe cap. Homer pants turquoise on the outsole. Rear homer detail in the heel area.

If I only had better Photoshop skills. If only I could have been on the marketing team. If only...

Fuctard New Era Pac-Man Monster Caps

I love this. I could never pull it off, but I love it.

Is Forum Copying eesa? Sweaty snowboarders want to know!

Interesting. I was at Bear Mountain and saw a kid wearing this shirt from Special Blend in a gas station as he was buying tire chains (BTW - what is is with Californians and their insitence in buying 2WD SUV's?)

By interesting, I mean lame. My boy HRocker @ Liv2Ride blogged about not to long ago, which is the originator at stylie layering.

Aren't these guys just a little too similar for their own good? eesa's going into year three now, I think Forum should just stick to making boards and let eesa have layering.

Nyko Wireless Nunchuck

IGN and Engadget dropped info on the Nyko Wireless Nunchuck for Wii and it's being shown now at CES too.

Since I'm a casual gamer, here's my casual review (without actually playing with it).

Pros:
* It'll make it easier to pick up my beer during Medal of Honor Heroes 2.
* Less cords getting tangled.

Cons:

* MSRP is $30. Dang, i'm not sure if I need to spend that.

Anyway, check it out here. If you're having cable issues, it's probably something you need.

Big Black's Spy Optic Shades

Ever watch Rob & Big? It's funny. I wish there was more skating, but it's not a skate show. That's why there's Fuel TV I guess.

Well, because of the show and Big's new found fame, Spy Optic is dropping BB signature shades. Anyway, not much to be said about these. Classic aviator steez, but with a white frame, which I think is pretty rad.

Nice!

INDVSL "Cubicle Polo"

Not much to say, I think this is a cool looking shirt.
